Championship Lode Runner - One Filed Version for Cartridge

- Disk load and saves removed
- Levels ripped to RAM
- Scores and Levels save state preserved in memory

Issues:

The game uses $0A00-$FFFF. In writing the loader for the Easyflash, I encountered an issue in how to
write to $8000 in C64 memory, while at the same time using the EF $8000 memory bank. This stumped me
enough that I've given up on the fucking thing. Also trying to write to C64 $D000 was an issue.
If you know EF, this is probably trivial to you.

The memory $FC00 and $FD00 contain the scores and levels. At this point
there is no save feature, because I couldn't overcome the issues.

If you want to do better...

$6000 : Start of game
$6010 : Old copy protection
$6015 : Load in high scores from $F900 (not used because scores sit in $F900 currently)
$CA00-$FC00 : Game levels (also as separate file)
$BE00 : Orphaned Easyflash code (Easy? my ass) now used to copy scores to game
$BF00 : Copy game scores to $F900
$72f7 - Save scores from $1100 back into $F900 (or an EF bank to write to cartridge)

Source code included because why not?
